Andrés is a social leader and minstrel of Montemarian music, he lives in Ovejas, Sucre. After the attempt on his life, he was as a political refugee in Asturias, Spain, dividing his life in two.
He sings from resilience as a victim of conflict, activist and composer. He fights to recover the land that violence took from him and watches over the rights of the inhabitants of the La Europa farm, where he grew up. The film explores the universe of social leaders from a little explored imagery, engaging in a dialogue about human relationships in contexts of violence and revealing the coexistence of traditions and contemporary life. A reality that dissolves the boundaries between activism, music and poetry.
